Refund policy

At HALEHERO, we offer premium, high-value wellness equipment. Due to the size, nature, and fulfillment requirements of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • The incorrect item was delivered

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic documentation of the product and packaging.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading prior to acceptance. Failure to document damage at delivery may void eligibility for a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or used

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Window

If a return is approved, it must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–20%, depending on the product and condition upon return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
